Facebook Marketplace for Australian Rooming Business

Hi there, I run a rooming house business in Victoria, Australia. Facebook Marketplace is one of our main channels for renting rooms. I'm looking for someone who has solved this exact problem before, not a generalist.

The problem
- Business Pages can't post rentals to Marketplace, so only personal profiles can.
- Our VA is based in the Philippines, and her profile keeps getting flagged for ID checks. Reach has dropped, most likely because of the mismatch between her location and the property location.
- Enquiries are stuck in personal Messenger, so we can't automate replies, qualify leads or book inspections.

Already tried (please don't suggest these again)
- ManyChat and similar bots don't work in Marketplace threads.
- FB Auto Reply didn't qualify leads or book inspections.

What we need (must follow Facebook's rules: no fake IDs, location spoofing or risky bots)
1. Post listings without flags or bans
2. Move enquiries into a business Page or CRM where automation is allowed
3. Qualify leads and book inspections, while our VA still runs things day to day

Open to ideas like
- Meta-approved listing partners (we use PropertyMe)
- An Australia-based account that posts, then hands off to Page automation
- Any tool you've used to connect Marketplace Messenger to a Page inbox or CRM

Scope
