Facebook & Instagram Moderator

I need our Facebook and Instagram feeds kept clean, welcoming, and responsive. Your day-to-day work will revolve around three essentials:

• Real-time moderation of every post, story reply, and comment that lands on our pages
• Prompt, friendly answers to customer questions that come through those same channels
• Removal or escalation of anything that violates our community guidelines

The only content you will handle is social media posts—no forums or marketplace reviews—so deep familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, or third-party dashboards like Hootsuite is key. Because all feedback arrives on our social media pages, speed matters; during your agreed-upon shift I expect replies in minutes, not hours.

I track results through a short daily log summarizing how many inquiries you resolved, what you removed, and any trends you caught early. Fluent written English is a must, and if you’re already comfortable in both Facebook and Instagram’s back-end tools, you’re exactly who I’m after.
