Facebook & Instagram Content Moderator Needed

I’m looking for a reliable moderator to watch over my Facebook and Instagram communities every day. Your main focus will be keeping the atmosphere positive, on-brand, and free of spam or inappropriate material.

Core duties
• Review new comments, posts, and direct messages quickly
• Remove or hide anything that breaks our house rules
• Flag sensitive issues to me immediately and record action taken
• Reply or escalate genuine customer questions so conversations stay flowing

The pages are already active and see steady traffic, so I need someone who can check in several times across the day (my audience is most active 9 am–9 pm UTC). Ideally you have prior experience with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, or comparable third-party moderation tools and can demonstrate a calm, professional online voice.

Deliverables I’ll expect weekly
• A concise moderation report summarising volume handled, common themes, and any escalations
• Recommendations on recurring issues or policy tweaks that could improve community health
