Do not bid if u don’t know EZCap

I need a developer who can turn my EzCap concept into a working engine that receives medical claims and adjudicates them end-to-end. The focus is squarely on claims processing: once an 837-P or 837-I file (or an API payload with the same data) lands in the system, the application should parse it, run every prescribed validation rule automatically, and return a clear pass/fail status for each service line.

Key behaviour I expect
• Automated validation checks – CPT/ICD compatibility, duplicate detection, member plan match and any other edits we load into the rule set must execute without manual intervention.
• A full audit trail – every rule fired, every field touched, time-stamped and stored so we can satisfy internal compliance reviews or external audits at any point.

The adjudicator has to be modular; I want to be able to swap in extra edits later (for instance, fraud-scoring) without rewriting core logic. Output can be raw JSON, an 835-style file, or a database update—whichever you prefer, as long as it is documented.

Deliverables
• Source code and unit tests for the claims-processing module
• Configurable rule library with sample medical edits loaded
• Persistent audit-trail store and a simple viewer or export function
• Deployment instructions (Docker or similar) so I can spin it up in my own environment

Send a brief outline of the tech stack you intend to use and how you will handle large batch files, and we can get started.
