Extract Printed Document Data

I have a folder of scanned, clearly-printed documents that need to be converted into a clean, searchable spreadsheet. Each document contains plain text only—no tables—so the task is to capture that text accurately and place it into an Excel or Google Sheets file.

To keep everything easy to reference later, I want a separate sheet for every distinct document type. Please label each tab with the document’s name so I can jump straight to what I need.

You’re free to use your preferred OCR workflow (Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY, Tesseract, etc.) or manual typing if you find that faster, but the final file must arrive spell-checked and formatted consistently across all sheets. I’ll provide the PDF scans, a short naming convention guide for the tabs, and any clarifications you need along the way.

Deliverable: one spreadsheet containing all extracted text, organized in separate sheets by document type, ready for immediate use.
