Extract PDF Text to Word

I have a set of PDFs that contain continuous blocks of text. I need every word lifted from those files and re-typed or accurately copied into a clean, editable Microsoft Word document. No tables or images are involved—just plain text—but the flow, paragraph breaks, and any basic bold or italic emphasis in the original must stay intact so the final Word file mirrors the source visually.

Speed is welcome, though accuracy is essential; spelling, punctuation, and line order have to match the PDFs exactly. If you use an extraction tool, please proof-read the result before delivery to be sure no characters are dropped or mis-read.

Deliverable: one Word document per PDF, ready for me to edit immediately.
