Extract PDF Text to Excel

I have a collection of PDFs from which I need only the paragraph text pulled out and neatly placed into an Excel sheet so I can run further data analysis on it. No tables, headers, or footers are required—just the core narrative content exactly as it appears in the documents.

You may use whatever reliable PDF-parsing or OCR tools you prefer, as long as the final workbook keeps one row per paragraph and preserves any obvious paragraph breaks. Please clean out page numbers or stray artefacts that often sneak in during conversion, and keep character encoding intact so analytics formulas work without surprises.

Deliverable: one well-structured Excel file containing the extracted paragraphs, ready for immediate analysis.
