Extract PDF Text into Excel

I have a collection of PDF files filled with text-based content. The information I need copied is confined to the Introduction and Summary sections of each document, and the text in those sections appears only as flowing paragraphs—no tables or bullet points.

Your task is straightforward: open each PDF, isolate every word from the specified two sections, and enter the material accurately into an Excel workbook I’ll provide. Each PDF should occupy its own row, with separate columns for the Introduction and for the Summary so I can filter and sort later.

Accuracy is critical: line breaks do not matter, but every sentence and keyword must be captured exactly as written, without omissions, additions, or spelling changes. If a file is unreadable or the required sections are missing, note that clearly in the sheet rather than guessing.

Deliverables
• Completed Excel file populated with the extracted Introduction and Summary text for all PDFs
• A brief log (simple text is fine) flagging any files that were corrupt or missing the required sections
