Your task is to review each file, pull only those selected fields, and enter them into a clean, well-structured Excel spreadsheet that I will provide.

Accuracy is essential: spellings, numerical values, and date formats must match the originals exactly. Please maintain one row per document and label the columns clearly so I can filter and analyse the results immediately after delivery.
