External Interviewer for Recruitment

I’m looking for an experienced HR professional who can step in and run candidate interviews for our current hiring round. I already have a shortlist of applicants and a clear role profile; what I need now is someone who can:

• Schedule and conduct structured first-round interviews (video or phone, your choice)
• Probe for cultural fit and role-specific competencies using our rubric
• Summarise each conversation in a concise evaluation sheet within 24 hours of the call

All scheduling tools, calendar access, and the interview template will be provided. You’re free to refine the questions as you see fit, as long as the core competency areas remain covered. Familiarity with modern ATS platforms such as Workable or Greenhouse will make the hand-off smoother, but it isn’t mandatory.

Turnaround is tight: interviews should begin early next week and wrap by the end of the fortnight. If you have a track record of confident, unbiased interviewing and can hit those timelines, I’d like to hear how you’d approach this assignment and see a sample of a past interview assessment.
