Exterior 3D Model & Shadow Study

I have floorplans and elevations drawings ready. I can send you CAD files of these plans. I need you to draw a full 3D model of the building, then make shadow study diagrams to see impact on solar access to our neighbour's building on 21st June (hourly diagrams). I already have a 3d model of the neighbour's building, but you will need to import the model and fix some things.

I also need a comparison between the new shadows and the shadows of an old design - I already have the 3d model of the old design.

Let me know what software you will use, show me any past work on shadow study for building approvals, and in particular if you have worked for Australian clients before and created shadow studies for building approvals in Australia, please show me.

Deliverables:
• Native 3D model with textures/materials
• Exported model file (DWG or FBX) and project files
• Shadow study images for each requested time stamp in PDF in specified format
