Extension

I want to create a bigger extension open up the existing kitchen / dining room into the new extension so the first step will be a professional on-site assessment to confirm its structural role.

If the wall proves to be load-bearing, I’ll need clear guidance on the most suitable support solution (e.g., beam sizing, post placement) and help preparing the drawings and calculations required for council approval. Should permits be necessary, I would like you to handle or at least guide me through the paperwork so the project stays compliant and moves ahead without delays.
