I have an immediate need for TWO seasoned pattern graders/makers who can jump straight into women’s clothing projects and keep pace with an aggressive production calendar. The range you’ll tackle is broad—dresses, tops, pants, robes, PJ’s, caftans, gowns and chemises—so versatility and a strong command of fit across sizes are essential.

Here’s what success looks like:
• Production-ready patterns (digital or hard copy) graded to my size chart
• Clean annotations including seam allowance, grainlines and notches
• A brief technical note for each style highlighting fabric suggestions and construction considerations
• Rapid turnaround with clear, prompt communication on any fit issues that surface during sampling

If you work in Gerber, Lectra, Optitex or another professional CAD package, let me know; I’m flexible on file format as long as factory-ready output is delivered.
