Expert Photoshop Image Restoration Required

I have a project and I need a Photoshop expert. Someone who can clean up some images do some light retouching on them color correct them balance them brighten them up and then turn the JPEG. Then I also need some expertise with having some heads swapped onto another image so that needs to be flawless. It needs to be seamless and it cannot look commercial or fake. It has to look real then I need to have some coffee put on a cake and some other things but the images need to just be restored back to their glo. It's probably about 50 images and there's maybe just six images with their head swapping and some with the cake that needs to have coffee put onto it four different cakes and the images need to be color corrected and balanced, and a brightened up and the creases need to be removed from them so I am looking for a Photoshop expert is probably a total of probably 50 to 75 images and I have a very tight budget. It's $200 and I have a very tight deadline the images have to be done within a 24 hour. Period. I can send you an example so you can do one or two images and you can show me your expertise and then I can send you the Rest.
