I have a steady flow of casual-wear pieces that need to be stitched to a factory-ready standard, and I want someone who can slip seamlessly into production from day one. All work is on industrial machines—single needle, overlock, coverstitch—so fluency with that equipment is essential.
The fabrics on the table are denim, cotton, and polyester. Each material has its own quirks, and I expect you to know how to manage tension, needle choice, and seam finishes for every one of them without direction. Clean top-stitching on denim, neat hems on lightweight cotton knits, and smooth seams on polyester blends are non-negotiable.
Because the line represents my brand on store racks, every piece must leave the machine perfectly pressed, trimmed, and ready for QC. You should already have expert-level speed and accuracy, understand pattern notches at a glance, and be comfortable sewing zippers, buttons, rib cuffs, and simple linings when required.
Deliverables (per batch)
• Fully assembled garments that match the supplied pattern and tech pack
• All seams secure, threads clipped, and garments pressed
• Finished pieces packed and labeled by size
If you have a photo-ready portfolio of similar casual-wear work, share it with your bid so I can see your stitch quality up close. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right operator and will ship fabric and trims immediately after awarding the project.
