Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with strong hands-on ABAP programming experience, RICEFW developments, interfaces, CDS Views, technical specifications, and cross-module development experience.
The ideal candidate should have minimum 6 years of hands-on ABAP programming experience with minimum 2 implementation projects and 1 support project experience.
Key Responsibilities
Work on SAP ABAP programming and technical developments
Develop and enhance RICEFW objects
Work on enhancements to standard SAP processes
Develop interfaces using File, RFC, IDOC, BAPI, Web Services, and Proxy-based interfaces
Prepare technical specifications based on functional requirements
Work on HANA CDS Views
Support developments across SAP modules like MM, WM, SD, PPQM, and FICO
Support implementation and production support activities
Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
Required Skills
Minimum 6 years hands-on ABAP programming experience
Minimum 2 implementation project experience
Minimum 1 support project experience
Excellent working knowledge on all types of RICEFW developments
Experience in enhancements to standard SAP processes
Experience in interface development using File, RFC, IDOC, BAPI, Web Services, and Proxy-based interfaces
Experience in preparing technical specifications
Hands-on experience on HANA CDS Views
Experience working on developments from SAP modules like MM, WM, SD, PPQM, FICO etc.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
Experience on Fiori preferred
Experience or knowledge of Middleware like SAP PI / PO preferred
Experience working in onsite delivery model
Experience in contract-based assignments
Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred
