Experienced Sales Representative for Skillitize

Your primary responsibility will be to convert the leads provided by Skillitize into course enrollments.
There is no fixed salary. You will earn based on the successful conversions generated from the leads assigned to you. ₹100- ₹400
Key responsibilities include:
* Call each assigned lead and introduce Skillitize and the relevant course.
* Understand the candidate’s educational background, career goals, and requirements.
* Explain the course curriculum, benefits, duration, certification, internship/project opportunities, and pricing.
* Handle questions and objections raised by prospective students.
* Follow up with interested candidates through phone/WhatsApp as required.
* Maintain regular communication with leads until the final decision.
* Convince and convert qualified/interested prospects into paid enrollments.
* Coordinate with the Skillitize team regarding successful conversions and payment confirmation.
* Maintain basic records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and conversions.
* Follow professional and ethical sales practices while representing Skillitize
Compensation Structure
This is a commission/revenue-sharing based freelance role.
For every lead that you successfully convert into a paid Skillitize customer, you will receive an agreed percentage/share of the revenue generated from that enrollment.
* Leads will be provided by Skillitize.
* Commission will be applicable only to successfully completed/verified paid enrollments.
* Lead ownership and conversion tracking will be maintained by Skillitize.
* Payment to the freelancer will be processed according to the mutually agreed payment cycle.
* All customer payments will be made through the official payment channels provided by Skillitize.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience in tele-sales, inside sales, education sales, EdTech sales, or business development.
* Has excellent communication and convincing skills.
* Is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
* Can effectively handle sales objections.
* Is good at follow-ups and relationship building.
* Can understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate course.
* Is target-oriented and motivated by performance-based earnings.
* Can work independently and manage assigned leads responsibly.
