Experienced Outbound Caller for Construction Leads

We are hiring one experienced outbound caller to find and qualify concrete construction projects for our contractor bidding marketplace. This is a 10-hour paid trial at $12-$18 per hour, with a maximum trial budget of $180, plus a $25 bonus for each qualified concrete project package accepted. Responsibilities: make professional outbound calls to property owners, builders, general contractors, property managers, and other legitimate prospects; identify upcoming concrete work; confirm project type, location, timing, decision-maker contact, scope, and permission to follow up; record complete and accurate lead details; and follow all applicable calling and do-not-call rules. No robocalling, spam, fake leads, or purchased junk lists. Applicants should have clear spoken English, proven cold-calling or appointment-setting experience, reliable phone and internet service, and be comfortable using a call script and lead tracker.
