AI Trainer / ML Engineer Needed

Project Overview

I'm looking for an experienced AI Trainer / Machine Learning Engineer to help us develop and train a custom AI model for financial data automation.

The goal of this project is to build an AI system that can automate financial data processing tasks, improve workflow efficiency, and extract meaningful insights from financial datasets.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AI model training, machine learning, data automation, and financial domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

- Design, train, and fine-tune AI/ML models for financial data automation
- Develop data pipelines for collecting, cleaning, transforming, and preparing financial datasets
- Train models using our proprietary financial data
- Improve model accuracy through prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization
- Build automation workflows for financial data processing
- Apply domain knowledge in finance/accounting/investment data
- Recommend suitable AI technologies, frameworks, and architectures
- Document the model training process and provide technical guidance

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist
- Experience with training and fine-tuning AI models (LLMs, NLP models, or custom ML models)
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as:

* PyTorch
* TensorFlow
* Scikit-learn
* Hugging Face Transformers
- Experience building data automation systems and AI-powered workflows
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

Financial Domain Requirements (Important)

The candidate should have knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Financial statements and accounting data
- Banking or financial transaction data
- Investment data analysis
- Financial reporting automation
- Risk analysis or compliance data
- ERP/accounting systems and financial databases

Candidates with both AI expertise and financial industry experience will be strongly preferred.

Project Deliverables

- Trained AI model or customized AI solution

- Recommendations for future improvements and scaling

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with LLM fine-tuning (OpenAI models, Llama, Mistral, etc.)
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
- Experience integrating AI models with APIs and business applications
- Previous experience automating financial processes
