I need a remote revenue-cycle professional who can take full ownership of claims processing for my combined pediatric and general dentistry practice. Your daily focus will be on clean, timely claim submission, persistent follow-up on anything that lingers unpaid, and fast, accurate resolution of denials so cash keeps flowing without interruption.

Here’s what success looks like for me:
• Submit every claim (electronic and paper) within 24 hours of treatment entry, error-free and with all required attachments.
• Maintain an organized aging report, contacting payers systematically until balances clear.
• Triage denied or under-paid claims, correct coding or documentation issues, and resubmit promptly.
• Provide a concise weekly status report highlighting dollars submitted, recovered, and still outstanding.

If you already work comfortably inside standard dental PMS/clearinghouse tools—Open Dental—you’ll ramp up fast, but any solid platform experience is welcome. Reliable internet, HIPAA-compliant work habits, and clear written communication are must-haves.
