Executive Support assistant
Position synopsis:
This is a serious position with the ultimate purpose of doubling my productivity as the business owner / manager and meaningfully contributing to the re-stabilisation and rebuild of a staple local building services business of 25 years in the Geelong region.
This business was once a well staffed and prosperous business that has seen significant disruption and setbacks due to unprecedented circumstances centred around a barrage of staffing issues due to detrimental health issues, a string of retirements and untimely resignations over the last 3 years but particularly over the last few months.
Personal requirements:
Take no prisoners approach
Get s**t done mentality
Thinks outside the box
Approaches tasks with a game plan and has their own s**t together
Bright
Creative
Efficient
Resourceful
Willing to dig into the detail and get the answers
Self motivated
Bonus advantages:
Ideal for an avid / regular A I user
Most tasks can incorporate or includes the use of AI if you know how, as long as you proof check your work
No specific industry knowledge required
Family friendly hours
No need to have direct access to company and financially sensitive information
Ideal for someone who has experience with or used Servicem8 operating system( not a deal breaker but would help tremendously)
For this appointment to be successful, it cannot be done remotely. It must be done on site and in person to ensure continuity of production. A mirroring desktop set up in my office will be provided.
I’m open to offers in terms of remuneration.
11am to 3pm on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays.
I’m looking for accomplished and well credentialed candidates that are primed for a short term and high impact challenge.
Per hour rate selected - $60
