Executive Resume Enhancement

I have an existing executive-level resume that already covers my experience and achievements, but it feels flat and visually dated. I’d like you to breathe new life into it so the document presents the same information with sharper impact and a polished, modern look.
My main objectives are:
• Refresh the overall formatting and design so it looks current, clean, and executive-appropriate while remaining fully ATS-friendly.
• Rewrite the professional summary into a concise, compelling value proposition that makes recruiters want to keep reading.
Content depth is solid, so this isn’t a full career-change overhaul; it’s about elevating what’s there. You’re welcome to suggest minor wording tweaks elsewhere if they add clarity, but the core focus is design refinement and a standout opening section.
Deliverables
1. An editable Word file (.docx) with the new layout and text.
2. A print-ready PDF version.
3. A brief note (bullet points are fine) explaining any key structural or wording changes so I can speak to them during interviews.
Tools you prefer—whether that’s MS Word, InDesign, or specialized resume software—are up to you, provided the final files meet the formats above.
I’m looking for a quick, collaborative turnaround and will provide my current resume immediately upon award.
