I need a set of polished Power BI dashboards built directly from my Excel/CSV files. The audience will be senior executives, so everything has to be visually clear, quick to grasp, and ready for board-level presentations.
The dashboards must surface three core metric groups:
• Sales performance
• Customer demographics
• Inventory levels
You’ll shape the data model, write any necessary DAX, and choose visuals and layout that highlight trends, exceptions, and correlations at a glance. I’ll handle data refreshes on my side later, so please keep the file structure and queries tidy and well-documented.
Deliverables:
1. A fully interactive .pbix file with the three metric areas above, including slicers for date, region, and product line.
2. A brief setup note (one-pager is fine) that explains data connections, calculations, and how to swap in updated Excel/CSV files without breaking anything.
If you’ve created executive-level dashboards before, especially where the story needs to be told in a single screen, I’d love to see a sample or hear how you’d approach this.
