We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support a high-profile entertainer and their family across a demanding global touring schedule. You will own all travel booking and coordination, manage a complex and constantly moving calendar, handle logistics across time zones, and serve as a trusted operational partner who can keep up with the pace of a world tour without dropping anything.
This is a high-trust, high-velocity role. The principal travels constantly across multiple continents and expects an EA who responds quickly, anticipates needs, and handles logistics with zero margin for error. Being exceptionally responsive is not a nice-to-have here — it is the baseline. A strong plus is the ability to support content creation alongside the operational work. If you are detail-obsessed, calm under pressure, and can manage complex international travel logistics while staying one step ahead, this role is a strong fit.
Why You'll Want to Join
You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy
Observance of Holidays per company guidelines
100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
This role requires strong overlap with US Pacific Time hours
Work directly alongside a globally touring entertainer on a mission-critical operational role
High-trust, high-ownership position with real variety and direct access to the principal
What You'll Work On
Travel Booking and Coordination
Book, manage, and update flights, hotels, and ground transportation for a global touring schedule spanning multiple cities and continents simultaneously
Compare routes, airline policies, pricing, luggage restrictions, and timing to find the best option every time
Create clean, accurate itineraries with all confirmations, backup plans, and timing buffers included
Monitor travel in real time and handle delays, cancellations, or re-routes immediately without waiting to be asked
Coordinate logistics across venues, tour staff, managers, and agents across multiple time zones
Calendar and Schedule Management
Own a constantly moving, high-complexity calendar with complete accuracy across show dates, travel windows, meetings, press, and personal commitments
Communicate schedule updates clearly and ahead of time to all relevant parties
Ensure no conflicts, overlaps, or timing risks at any point in the schedule
Keep the principal and their team informed and prepared for every commitment
Day-to-Day Executive Support
Manage logistics, reminders, checklists, and time-sensitive updates proactively
Communicate with managers, agents, tour staff, venues, and assistants on behalf of the principal
Maintain organized documentation for travel history, receipts, preferences, and key contacts
Anticipate needs before they are stated and resolve problems quickly and quietly
Content Support
Assist with content creation and social media coordination as needed during tour
Support capturing, organizing, and posting content that documents the touring experience
Help maintain a consistent online presence alongside the operational workload
What You Bring
3 or more years as an Executive Assistant, Travel Coordinator, or similar logistics-heavy role
Expert-level international and domestic travel booking experience across multiple airlines, time zones, and countries
Exceptional responsiveness — you reply fast, you follow up proactively, and you do not let things sit
Mastery of Google Calendar and complex scheduling workflows
High level of discretion and professionalism when working with a high-profile individual and their family
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Unmatched attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable in this role
Comfortable handling confidential information and working in a high-trust environment
Strong overlap with US Pacific Time hours
Nice to Have
Experience supporting entertainers, talent, public figures, or high-profile families
Content creation or social media experience alongside an operational support role
Background coordinating travel across multiple continents simultaneously
Familiarity with tour logistics, venue coordination, or entertainment industry workflows
Experience managing logistics for a family, not just an individual principal
