Excel & Word Data Entry

I have a batch of text-only records that must be transcribed and organised in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. You will receive the source text and a simple template for each program. Your job is to enter the information exactly as provided, place it in the correct columns or sections, and apply basic formatting—consistent font, size, and colour—so every file looks clean and professional.

Accuracy is critical; I will check for a 100 % match with the source and uniform styling.

Deliverables
• A completed Excel workbook containing every record in its proper column.
• One or more Word documents with the same text, formatted consistently.

I’ll send the source files as soon as we start. A first draft within two days is ideal so I can review and give feedback before final hand-over. If you work confidently in Excel and Word and have an eye for detail, this should be a straightforward task. Let me know your turnaround time and any relevant experience when you bid.
