Excel Tutor Needed: Management Reports Training

Looking for an Excel Expert/Tutor – PivotTables & Case Analysis
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for an experienced Excel expert/tutor who can teach me how to build management reports using an existing case-level Excel report.
I have a Q3 OM case dataset containing fields such as Case Number, Territory, Case Opened Date/Time, Case Closed Date/Time, Case Age No Weekend, and Domestic/International classification.
I need help learning how to create the following reports:
1. Q3 Case Count Report
Total Q3 case count
Domestic vs. International case count
Case count by Territory
Group/merge territory divisions such as ALLA 2026-M and ALLA 2026-S where required
Correct Grand Totals
2. Average TAT Report
Identify closed cases
Calculate the number of closed cases
Calculate average TAT for closed cases
Use the existing Case Age No Weekend field if appropriate
Show Domestic vs. International results
3. Aging Report
Identify open cases with Case Age > 1 day
Count cases greater than 1 day
Calculate average aging for those cases
Show Domestic vs. International results
What I want from the session:
Please teach me step-by-step, rather than simply creating the report for me.
Explain PivotTables, filters, grouping, calculated/helper columns, averages, and Grand Totals.
I want to understand the process so I can independently create/update the reports every quarter.
I already have the source Excel report and can share a sample during the session.
Preferred: 1–2 hours of live screen-sharing/training with an experienced Excel reporting professional.
