Excel Text Input & IF Formulas

I have a collection of text-only records that need to be keyed directly into an Excel workbook. Everything will be entered manually—there is no copy-and-paste from other files or database exports—so careful attention to spelling and consistency is essential.

Once the sheet is populated I also need help setting up straightforward IF statements to automate a few logical checks (for example, flagging empty cells, categorizing entries based on keywords, or returning custom messages when conditions are met). Nothing overly complex, but I want the formulas written cleanly and documented so I can adjust them later.

Deliverables
• A single, well-structured Excel file with all provided text accurately entered
• Working IF formulas implementing the requested logic, with brief in-cell comments explaining each one
• Confirmation that the workbook functions correctly after a quick spot-check on my end
