Excel Text Data Entry

I have several digital Excel spreadsheets that contain blocks of text which need to be transferred accurately into our master file. Your job is to open each spreadsheet, copy or re-type the text into the corresponding fields I will provide, and double-check that every character matches the original.

Please keep the existing spelling, punctuation, and line breaks exactly as they appear. Any obvious typos should be flagged in a separate note rather than corrected on the fly—content fidelity is more important than editing.

Deliverables
• A consolidated master file with all text correctly placed
• A brief log noting any unreadable cells or issues you encounter

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of rows present in the final file
• No mismatched or truncated text when compared to the source spreadsheets
• Change-log submitted alongside the completed file

If you are comfortable working quickly with Excel and have an eye for detail, this task should be straightforward. I will share the files and field-mapping guide once we start.
