Excel Sales Data Cleanup & Analysis

I have a set of raw sales and revenue records that needs disciplined cleanup and meaningful analysis inside Excel. The first task is to rid the file of duplicates, inconsistent date formats, stray text in numeric fields, and any other issues that keep formulas or pivots from working properly. Once the data is tidy, I want it transformed into insights that clearly show two things: how our sales have trended over time and which products are consistently topping the leaderboard.

Deliverables:
• A cleaned, de-duplicated data sheet with all correction steps traceable
• At least one trends-over-time chart and one best-performing-products summary
• Brief notes or a comments sheet explaining assumptions, formulas, and any Power Query transformations
