Excel Sales Dashboard and Reports

Hi, I’m looking for an Excel specialist to complete a professional, formula-driven Commercial Sales Report using Microsoft Excel.

I have an existing workbook containing raw sales data and a draft report. Some formulas are broken due to external workbook links, and I need them corrected.

Required deliverables:

1. Monthly Summary: January–December actual quantity, sales value, and gross margin, compared with budget and previous-year performance (2026 vs. 2025), including variances and growth percentages.
2. Business Manager Report: Sales performance broken down by business manager. (each one different excel file)
3. Dashboard: Professional KPI summaries, charts, monthly trends, budget comparisons, and year-on-year analysis.
4. Formulas: Excel 365-compatible formulas, automatic updates when new data is added, and no broken external links or formula errors.

5. User Guide: Simple instructions explaining how to update raw data, enter budgets, and maintain the report.

The workbook should be professional, accurate, easy to use, and suitable for management reporting.

Confidentiality: My sales figures are confidential. Please confirm you can build and test the workbook using its existing structure, column headers, and dummy data without requiring actual transaction values.
