Excel Photo, labeling, transcribing audio into short text for input, proof reading

I have a pre-formatted Excel form in a workbook with several worksheets. Need photos inserted from a file into pre-formatted boxes in the excel form from my step-by-step audio tape (ie insert jpeg into certain location). Absolutely no changes to the form’s format or AI allowed. Add’l services might include: making selections on the excel form from audio tape, proof reading, transcribing short audio tapes for text boxes.

Accuracy and attention to detail are essential as this form is used in loan eval. Start rate is $18 per hour. Increases based on meeting deadlines and being accurate. No coding or macro work is required and programmer not right fit here. This is pure administrative support to me perform my services to clients as a top consultant.

Deliverables from you to me via dropbox. I will upload digital audio tape with instructions paired with the input form and access to photo files.

To ensure skills and reliability, freelancers will be required to complete a brief unpaid test involving an audio tape and file with 8 photos before engagement. If you’re organized, attentive to detail, supportive, meet deadlines, responsive, and English is either your first language or you are fluent, you’ll fit right in. Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology is big plus. Independent contractor relationship.
