Excel Number Entry & Validation

I have several spreadsheets that need to be populated with numeric records and then checked for accuracy before I load them into our internal system. You will enter the numbers in Excel, apply appropriate validation rules so that out-of-range values, non-numeric characters, and mismatched totals are flagged immediately, and return a clean, ready-to-import file.

I’ll share the raw data and a template that shows the column order and naming conventions. Once your first draft is ready, I’ll run a quick spot-check; after any corrections, you’ll send back the final workbook with all formulas or data-validation rules left intact so I can reuse them. Accuracy and a fast turnaround are more important than fancy formatting, but if you can automate part of the process with Power Query or a lightweight macro, that’s a plus.
