I keep all of my bookkeeping inside a set of linked Excel workbooks and now need help keeping them current and turning the raw numbers into clear, reliable reports. Your main tasks will be straightforward:

• Enter and update new transactions for expenses, incomes, invoices, receipts and the month-end figures that roll into my financial statements.
• Build or refresh summary views—pivot tables, charts or any formula-based dashboards you like—that let me see performance at a glance and download ready-to-send reports.

Everything sits in Excel (no third-party apps), so solid command of formulas, lookups and pivots is essential. Accuracy matters more than speed; I reconcile with my bank feed weekly, so I’ll review your updates every Friday. If you spot inconsistencies as you work, flag them—while data cleaning isn’t the core brief, catching errors early saves both of us time.

Deliverables for each cycle:
1. Updated workbooks with all new entries posted and balanced.
2. A one-page financial summary (PDF) generated from the file.
3. A short changelog noting anything unusual you found.
