Excel Entry from PDFs & Docs

I have a collection of digital records—mostly PDFs and a few Word documents—containing both numerical figures and accompanying text that all need to be transferred into a well-structured Excel workbook. Your job is to pull each data point accurately, drop it into the correct columns, and keep the original formatting logic wherever it helps readability.

Everything is already digitised, so you won’t be working from scans of paper; however, some PDFs may still need light copy-paste cleanup or quick OCR checks. Consistency in decimals, dates, and text casing is essential because I will be running formulas and pivots on the final sheet.

Deliverable:
• One Excel file with neatly organised tables matching the source order, ready for immediate analysis.

I’ll review the file for accuracy and formatting balance before sign-off, so please factor in one round of feedback. If you’re comfortable with Excel shortcuts, data validation, and tidying text imports, this should be a straightforward engagement.
