All incoming raw information needs to be turned into clear, reliable records and communications.
First, every spreadsheet you touch must come back perfectly structured in Microsoft Excel—clean columns, correct formulas, no stray characters. I will send different datasets as the work progresses; regardless of whether it is sales numbers, customer details, or inventory figures, the finished file has to be immediately usable for reporting.
Second, I rely on you to draft professional emails that match the tone and intent I specify. I will supply bullet-point notes or voice prompts; you transform them into polished messages ready for my review and one-click send. No bulk blasting or reply management is required—just sharp, well-written drafts.
Finally, each customer voice message I forward needs a word-for-word transcription. Accuracy and proper time stamps (when the audio shifts speaker or topic) are essential so I can search, archive, and reference conversations quickly.
Deliverables:
• Excel workbooks with zero formatting or data-entry errors
• Email drafts in the agreed template, proof-read and ready to ship
• Text files (or spreadsheet sheets) containing precise transcriptions of every supplied audio clip
If you are comfortable juggling these three streams—Excel, email copy, and audio transcription—while hitting tight quality standards, let’s move forward.
