I have an existing Excel workbook that needs clear, reliable conditional-formatting rules so key values jump out instantly. The task is to build (or tidy up) rules that automatically highlight cells according to the numbers they contain—no other triggers are necessary. I’ll share the sheet and the business logic behind each threshold as soon as we start, but I’m happy to hear any suggestions you have for structuring the rules more efficiently or making them easier to maintain.
