Excel Body Text Formatting

I have an existing spreadsheet and the only thing that still feels unfinished is the body text. I need someone who knows Excel’s formatting tools inside-out to apply a clean, consistent font style and size across every cell that contains regular content—headings and table titles are already set, so please leave those untouched.

Your job is to:
• Select a professional, easy-to-read font and a balanced point size.
• Apply that choice uniformly to all body-text cells without disturbing formulas, conditional formats, or any of my existing color coding.

Once done, the sheet should look polished at a glance, with no rogue fonts or mismatched sizes left behind. I’ll supply the file immediately and would like the updated version returned in the same format.
