Exam Tutor AI Avatar Videos

I want to roll out a daily, short-form “AI influencer” video series that explains exam tips and study help in a friendly, North-Indian voice. To do this I need a 20- to 22-year-old female avatar who dresses in a mix of traditional and western wear; please design ten distinct outfits so I can keep the content looking fresh.

The video should feel as if she is speaking casually “out on the road,” so build one default street-scene background and leave room for me to swap in alternative campus or classroom shots later. I will supply a text prompt each day; the system must convert it to natural speech, sync the avatar’s lips, and render a realistic clip that I can download or push straight to social channels.

I’m flexible on the creation stack, but I need you to spell out:
• Which avatar/animation pipeline you recommend (e.g., Adobe Character Animator, Blender, D-ID, or any comparable tool)
• What’s free, what’s pay-as-you-go, and the approximate cost per 60-second render so I can budget for one video every day
• How the workflow will let me paste in new script text, choose the “roadside” backdrop, hit render, and be done within minutes

Deliverables
1. Custom 3-D or 2-D avatar file with ten outfits in the specified style
2. One master scene that places her outdoors on a road, ready for text-to-speech input
3. Automated rendering pipeline (script or GUI) documented step by step
4. Set-up and hosting on my existing GoDaddy server, including any needed player/embeds
5. Quick-start guide so a non-technical user (me) can create and post a new clip daily

Acceptance criteria: the avatar must look consistent and lifelike across all outfits; lip-sync must match the prompt without noticeable lag; a full HD video must render in under 10 minutes on the agreed platform; and everything works from my GoDaddy account.
