Exact Word Brochure Rebuild

I have a brochure saved only as an image and I need it rebuilt in Microsoft Word so it mirrors the original pixel-for-pixel. Every line of text, every photo, shape, color block, and spacing detail must be recreated and left fully editable—no locked layers or flattened graphics. When I open the finished .docx I want to be able to change copy, swap images, or adjust design elements without breaking the layout.

Please match fonts, point sizes, leading, kerning, and color values so the printed result is indistinguishable from the source file. If a font is unavailable, let me know before substituting. The final document should be set to the same page size as the image and remain print-ready with proper margins and bleed (if any).

Deliverables
• A single .docx file that visually matches the image exactly
• Linked or embedded fonts, or a clear list of required fonts
• Any supporting assets (images, icons) placed in a folder alongside the Word file

Acceptance criteria
• Side-by-side comparison shows no noticeable difference at 100% zoom
• All text boxes convert to editable Word text, not image layers
• File opens on Word 2016+ without missing resources or layout shifts
