Exact PDF to Word Re-typing

I have a collection of PDFs that contain text only, and every character, line break, margin, header, footer, and style choice in those originals must appear exactly the same in the final Word document. No images are involved—just precise, faithfully reproduced text.

Here is what I expect:
• A single, neatly structured .docx file that mirrors the PDF page-for-page, font-for-font, and format-for-format.
• Zero typos or omissions; I will cross-check line by line.
• Consistent use of Word’s built-in styles where appropriate so future edits stay clean.

Please keep track of any unclear characters and flag them for review rather than guessing. Once the file is complete and I verify accuracy, the project is done.
