Exact PDF-to-Word Form Recreation

I need several PDF forms reproduced in Microsoft Word so I can freely edit their content. The Word version must look indistinguishable from the source: identical fonts, spacing, lines, page breaks—everything. Where the PDFs include logos, icons, or other graphics, embed or redraw them so they appear in the same positions at similar resolution.

Accuracy is more important than speed. No automated conversions; I expect manual retyping and layout work, using tables, text boxes, and styles as required to achieve a pixel-perfect match.

Deliverables
• One fully editable .docx for each original PDF, formatted to print exactly like the source
• All images/graphics correctly placed and embedded
