Exact PDF to Word Conversion

I need a precise, line-for-line conversion of my existing PDF into a fully editable Microsoft Word file. The end goal is to freely revise the content, so the Word document must mirror the original layout exactly—margins, spacing, paragraph breaks, and any subtle text alignment details included. Every font used in the PDF has to carry over unchanged; if a font is missing on your system, please embed or substitute it so the appearance remains identical when I open the file.

Images, charts, or other graphic elements can be treated as secondary, but the integrity of the text layout is non-negotiable. Any automatic re-flowing, page breaks in the wrong place, or lost line wraps will require revision.
