Exact PDF Table Conversion

I need several PDF files—mainly tables, lists, and form-style layouts—converted into fully editable documents while keeping every row, column, font size, and alignment exactly as they appear in the originals. You may work in either Word or Excel, as long as the final file mirrors the source layout with 100 % accuracy and remains easy for me to update afterward.

The job includes:
• Converting each PDF page to an editable format (Word or Excel)
• Preserving all borders, merged cells, header rows, and page breaks
• Double-checking totals, dates, and codes so no values are lost or shifted

I will supply the PDFs in batches; return the finished files in the same naming sequence so I can cross-verify quickly. If any page requires OCR before formatting, handle that step seamlessly.

Acceptance criteria
• Text, numbers, and symbols match the original character-for-character
• Visual layout is identical when both documents are viewed side-by-side
• No extra blank rows, misaligned columns, or hidden characters
