Event Video & Promo Reels

I’m staging an upcoming cube-solving competition and want to capture the energy of the day so we can promote the next edition in style. The brief is two-fold:

• Live coverage: film the entire event with an emphasis on fast-paced, action shots that showcase competitors’ speed, crowd reactions and any special moments on stage or behind the scenes.
• Post-production: craft an energetic, dynamic highlight video plus several vertical reels (15–30 seconds each) optimised for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

You’re free to shoot on your preferred gear; just keep the footage 4K-ready and stabilised. In editing, quick cuts, upbeat music, snappy motion graphics and bold supers will match the vibe I’m after. Tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve are fine as long as colour grading is clean and audio levels are balanced.

Deliverables
1. 2-3 minute highlight video (landscape, 4K or 1080p).
2. 6–8 vertical reels (1080 × 1920, ready to post).
3. All raw footage on a shared drive for future use.

Acceptance criteria: reels must loop smoothly, carry clear event branding, and hit the agreed run times; highlight must open with a punchy 5-second intro, maintain pacing throughout, and close with next-event call-to-action.

I’ll handle on-site access and schedules; we can align on shot list and music licensing once you’re onboard. If you thrive on capturing fast action and turning it into share-worthy content, this should be a fun one.
