Event Photo Retouching

I have a batch of 60ish images from a recent event that need consistent retouching. The two priorities are:

• Cleanly removing or replacing the existing backgrounds
• Correcting any body or clothing issues—think smoothing wrinkled jackets, adjusting bracelets, adjusting hemlines, taming stray hairs and similar touch-ups

Please leave the original dimensions intact; no cropping or resizing is required. I will supply full-resolution JPEGs and would like layered PSDs plus flattened JPEGs back, organised in the same file structure.

Workflow & timing
1. Edit an initial test set of 10 photos within 24 hours so we can lock in the style.
2. Once approved, complete the remaining images within the following three days.

Quality is critical: edges must be crisp, skin and fabric textures should look natural (no plastic sheen), and colours must stay true to the originals.
