Etsy Advertising & Sales Growth Manager

I have a NEW Etsy store with creative print-on-demand products and I am looking for an experienced Etsy Advertising & Sales Growth Manager to be able to start today and get traffic and sales up.

My #1 goal is to GET SALES.

I already have someone creating Reels and promotional content. I need an experienced marketer who knows how to use that content and paid advertising to bring targeted shoppers to my products and convert that traffic into sales.

I need help with:

* Setting up and managing Etsy Ads
* Facebook and Instagram/Meta advertising
* TikTok and Pinterest marketing
* Setting up and managing my business social-media pages
* Posting and promoting the Reels/content already created for me
* Etsy SEO and keyword research
* Optimizing listings to improve conversions
* Identifying which products should be advertised
* Testing different products and audiences
* Monitoring ad performance, cost per click, conversions and sales
* Moving advertising money toward products that perform best
* Developing a strategy to quickly grow a NEW Etsy store

I am NOT looking for fake followers, bots, fake favorites or meaningless traffic.

I want real potential customers and measurable sales results.
