Project Title: Set up Family Trust with Corporate Trustee (Melbourne CPA/CA only)

Project Description
I'm looking for a Melbourne based CPA or CA in public practice to set up a discretionary family trust with a company as trustee. I'd like someone who can advise on the right structure, handle the setup end to end, and meet in person if needed.

What I Need Done

Advice on the best trust and trustee structure for my family
Register the trustee company with ASIC (constitution, shares, registers)
Prepare and execute the family trust deed
Apply for the trust's ABN, TFN and GST (if required)
Help with director IDs and bank account setup
A quick rundown of ongoing compliance and tax obligations

Must Have

CPA or CA qualification with a current public practice certificate
Experience setting up family trusts and corporate trustees
Based in Melbourne and available for face to face meetings
