ESP32 Firmware Driver and MQTT Integration

Project: ESP32 Firmware Development — [e.g. E-paper Display Driver + MQTT Integration]

We are an IoT company building ESP32-based devices with our own device SDK and cloud platform (MQTT, OTA, device management). We are looking for an experienced ESP32 firmware engineer to help with [scope of work].

Scope of work:
- Develop/port a driver for [peripheral: e-paper display / sensor / communication module] on [ESP32-C3 / ESP32-S3 / ESP32]
- Integrate it with our SDK: WiFi provisioning, MQTT connectivity, OTA update
- Provide a clean example project that builds and runs on our hardware

Requirements:
- Strong experience with ESP32 family and [ESP-IDF v5.x / Arduino core]
- Familiar with [BLE provisioning / MQTT / OTA / low-power design / LVGL]
- Code quality matters: modular, commented, no blocking loops in the main task

Deliverables:
1. Source code in a Git repository with README and build instructions
2. A working demo on our development board (video or remote test session)
3. Short technical documentation (pin map, API usage, known limitations)

Acceptance criteria:
- [e.g. runs 24h without disconnect or memory leak; OTA update success rate >= 99%]

Hardware: we provide the board and schematic; NDA can be signed if needed.
