I’ve decided to run ERPNext on a local server, but I want to do more than simply install it—I need to master it. My immediate priority is learning how to customise the system through the Frappe Framework, and I’d like someone to coach me hands-on while we set everything up.

Here’s what I’m aiming for: first, a clean, reliable local installation of ERPNext (bench, Python, MariaDB, etc.) that I can replicate if the server ever needs rebuilding. From there, I want to become comfortable handling day-to-day work in the inventory, accounting & finance, and HR/payroll modules. The end goal is to feel confident designing custom forms, adding new fields, writing server/client-side scripts, and generally shaping ERPNext so it fits my organisation’s exact workflow.

A final piece of the puzzle is data migration. I currently keep my books in Tally, so I need you to walk me through exporting that data and importing it correctly into ERPNext, making sure ledgers, stock balances, and payroll details line up.

Deliverables expected:

• Step-by-step live sessions (screen-share or on-site) covering local installation, module walkthroughs, and Frappe customisation
• Concise notes or recordings I can revisit later
• Sample code/scripts illustrating custom app or field creation
• A tested procedure to migrate my Tally data without loss or duplication
• Short Q&A support after the main training to clear up any issues

If you have deep ERPNext/Frappe experience and have already migrated from Tally, I’m keen to start right away.
