ERPNext Accounting Setup for Qatar Travel Agency

We are a travel agency based in Qatar and want to start with a simple ERPNext Accounting setup.

Our requirements are:

• ERPNext Community Edition
• Installation on our own VPS
• Qatar company / QAR as base currency
• Multi-currency accounting
• Customer and supplier ledgers
• Sales invoices and supplier bills
• Receipts and payments
• Refunds / credit notes
• Accounts receivable/payable
• P&L and Balance Sheet
• General Ledger
• Bank reconciliation
• CSV/Excel import / export of customers, suppliers and historical transactions
• CSV bank statement import
• Custom fields for PNR, ticket number, passenger, airline, sector, fare, tax, commission and service fee
• User permissions
• Basic training

We do NOT need a complete ERP implementation initially. We want to keep the first phase simple and use standard ERPNext as much as possible.

Our initial budget is around INR 15,000–30,000 for the setup.

Could you please let me know:

1. Your fixed price for this setup
2. Whether you can install ERPNext on our VPS
3. Whether CSV data migration is included
4. How many days you would need
5. Your support charges after installation
6. Whether you can configure it specifically for Qatar/QAR rather than Indian GST accounting

If possible, please give us a fixed-price quotation for Phase 1.
